Short day pulling the trailer, only 271 miles. Total for the day was 355 miles. We went into Denver and had a visit and dinner with relatives. I thought we'd be getting into Denver on Sunday and finding a campgrounsd would be easy, but we were ahead of schedule and arrived Saturday. Had to camp about 35 miles out of town. 35 Miles east of Denver is the country, not like when you're 35 miles outside of Boston. (Note to self: 1945 miles?)

Geni: Drove into Denver and what a difference from MA. Drove from sparsely populated area into cities filled with buildings and cars and people. The transition is not subtle!! We had a great visit with my cousins and although the GPS tried to get us lost going back to the campground, Shel managed to figure it out and get us back!
