Stayed at Flying J last night with other campers
Even folks with expensive motor homes stayed the night
So many trucks traveling on Rt 84

Shel: a good travel day. Not much in the way of photos. The Flying J truck stop here has a nice separate area for campers to overnight. 593 miles for the day! Geni: A bit of road work, but not a bad driving day. We drove from Pennsylvania through Ohio, Indiana and now are in Illinois - the land of Lincoln. It's great to be able to pull into these Flying J's which are truck stops, but seem to have areas for campers to stay the night. We did go to one Walmart which wouldn't allow overnighters and were on our way to another town, when we finally found this spot. Hopefully we will be able to continue being lucky with our ovenighters. |
