| We left Las Cruces and had a day to blow before we could get into Albuquerque for the balloon fiesta. Initial plans were to spend the day in either a truck stop or Walmarts but careful examination of the map showed a state park between where we were and where we're going. So we checked into a New Mexico State Park at Elephant Butte. Nice park and at only $14 per day with electric and water, how can we go wrong. | |||
