Sheldon and Geni's 2014 Camping Trip
Today is: September 28
We woke up in: London, OH We're going to sleep in: Kingstown, PA

Shel: We got up early and hauled into PA to see Falling Waters. We had made a noon reservation for a house tour. Had a very nice tour of the house and afterwards continued our journey toward Woodrisge to visit with Alan and Gail. Instead of pushing through and getting there late, we decided to stop early for a change. Relaxing in a Pilot truck stop.

Geni: Left the truck stop at 6:30 to get to tour the Frank Lloyd Wright House called Falling Waters. We have been to a couple of other houses he has designed and built and I think I love this the best. You can't take pictures inside, but it was owned by some rich people who also owned PA retail stores (Macy's finally bought them out) and was built in the early 1930's. Wright likes to design with nature in mind and uses the natural resources of the area. The building is built in the rocks and there is a waterfall that plays an important part in the structure. This house is very warm inside, whereas I found some of his other houses to be a bit too structured and cold.

We are at a truck stop in PA, and this place is better than a campground. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and we were walking around and talking to some of the other RV owners, which we haven't even done at the campgrounds.
