We had a leisurly start this morning. Filled up the gas tank, and headed for New Milford where Joe's 40th birthday surprise party was to be held. Got there a little early so Geni checked out some of the local stores to kill time..

As we walked into the party, Ken and Joe were just walking in. They got there early. So as to not spoil the surprise, we kind of snuck in behind them. It was a theme party -- wear your favorite team!!. The party was great -- plenty of great food and drinks! I think a great time had by all.

Walmart is not as hospitable on the east coast as it was out west!! They are not welcoming us with open arms -- we had to do some searching for this one.
